Welcome to QT FM Gold! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using our website and our radio stream (the "Service"). By tuning in to the greatest hits or using our site, you agree to these rules. So, please give them a read!

We are QT FM Gold, a station proudly owned by Cute Media. We also work in shared association with our partners at Planet XO. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean QT FM Gold and Cute Media.

1. Using Our Service (The Fun Part)

Personal Listening

Our Service is intended for your personal entertainment. This means you must not capture, or record our stream for any other purpose.

Playing QT FM Gold in Your Business

We love that you want to share the classic hits! You are welcome to play QT FM Gold in your shop, café, pub, or other public place. However, please be aware of your own legal responsibilities.

Our broadcast license covers *our* right to broadcast the music to you. It does *not* cover your business's right to play music in a public setting. In the UK, businesses that play background music are almost certainly required to have their own public performance licenses from organisations like PPL and PRS for Music.

Competitions & Giveaways

We love giving away free stuff! From time to time, we may run competitions on our "Gold Club" page or on-air. These competitions will have their own set of specific rules, which will be posted with the competition.

2. Being a Good Listener (User Conduct)

We're a community, and we ask that you respect it. When using our site or contacting us, you agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal or shady purpose.
• Send us spam, viruses, or any other nasty code via our contact forms.
• Be abusive, hateful, or harassing to our team or other listeners.
• Try to hack, scrape, or break our website, player, or stream.

If you break these rules, we reserve the right to block your access to the Service.

Our Brand

The name "QT FM Gold," our logo, the website design, and all our original content are the property of Cute Media. You can't use them without our explicit written permission.

The Music

We play a lot of amazing music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. We do this legally and have all the necessary broadcast licenses. However, **you do not own the music**. These terms do not grant you any rights to copy, download, sell, or distribute the music you hear.

4. Third-Party Links & Content

Our site is designed to be useful, so we link to other websites and pull in content we think you'll like (such as news from the BBC and travel from National Highways).

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of these third-party sites.

5. Disclaimers

We work really hard to keep the tunes flowing 24/7, but we can't promise our Service will always be perfect.

• The Stream Might Drop: Technical gremlins happen. We'll fix it as fast as we can.
• Third-Party Info: The news and weather info on our site comes from external sources.
• "As Is": Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

Since we're a UK station, these Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
